Our new factory building, finished in 2008, includes strechtched fish processing systems, a smoke house compartment and a modern cold store depot. In an area of 1000 m² up to 1000 tons of fish can be processed, shok frozen on demand, packed and stored. For every 1000 tons of fish processed, 300 tons would be smoked fish.
Of course processing, storage and delivery follow the regulations of HACCEP conception and with certification of the International Food Standard (IFS).
